School Transport Transport is provided by the Education Authority for those students in our catchment area if they are over 11 years old and live 3 miles or more from school, and for those less than 11 years who live 2 miles or more from school. Bus passes are issued by the Local Authority showing the pick-up point nearest to their homes. Students must return to these points at the end of the day and not disembark anywhere else. We issue a letter to parents early in the Autumn Term about our expectations of good behaviour on school buses. If you are concerned in any way about behaviour on school buses, please contact the Assistant Head in charge of Transport, Mrs Bowers, immediately. Please note: Children are not permitted to travel on a school bus without a bus pass to visit friends, etc. |
