School Meals Breakfast Club: The school canteen opens at 8.30am for students who wish to buy a school breakfast. Tuck shop: The canteen also runs a school tuck shop at morning break times. Freshly prepared toast, biscuits, hot drinks, etc. are on sale. Lunchtimes: Delicious cooked school lunches are available in the dining room, and there is a continuous flow of students through the canteen. The cost is currently £2.10 per meal, and this may be paid in cash daily or by cheque one week in advance. If you wish to pay by cheque your child needs to ask for a personal number from the lunchtime cashier. Cheques should be made payable to Staffs County Catering and endorsed with your child’s name and personal number, then handed in at the beginning of the week to the school office. The school canteen also provides an indoor or outdoor "market stall" at lunchtime which sells sandwiches, drinks and snacks. Students may bring their own packed lunches - no fizzy drinks or glass containers please. These should be eaten in the school canteen or in fine weather on seating outside which has been provided by the P.T.F.A. Please note: snacks containing nuts are not permitted since several students are allergic to small traces of nuts. |
