Getting to school
If your child walks to and from school, please remind her/him about the importance of crossing the road in a safe place, using the crossing patrols and pedestrian controlled crossings.
Please do not set a bad example yourself to other students by crossing the road opposite the school exit with your child, instead of walking to the nearby traffic lights.
Students may cycle to school with parents’ permission. The roads around the school are extremely busy, however, so it is a condition that cyclists wear a safety helmet at all times on the journey to and from school. Cycles left in school during the day must be securely locked. Cyclists must not ride bicycles inside the school grounds.
